so lauren and i went to see the band kingsfoil tonight. last time they were in town i actually got to open up for them which was fricken amazing! but this time after the show was over i went up the the lead singer, Jordan, and told him how much i loved the show and then he gave me a hug and then yelled “SMUDGGEEEEEE CANNDDDYYYY!!!” which is the name of my band. we talked for like 2 minutes and he told me how my vinyl record is in his room. it is crazy to think that someone of his level of fame actually remembers my name, band, and has my record in his room. the whole band is super talented but also some of the nicest guys i have ever met.
